The DOC Erice appellation represents our most intimate bond with the Erice countryside. This appellation extends around the charming medieval village of Erice, encompassing the neighboring municipalities of the valley.
The combination of altitudes reaching nearly 500 meters above sea level, constant Mediterranean breezes, and significant temperature fluctuations between day and night gives the wines extraordinary freshness, sapidity, and aromatic complexity.
Calcareous and clay soils give the wines an unmistakable freshness and aromatic complexity, capturing the very essence of the Mediterranean hillside.
