Tasting Notes: Color: Bright straw yellow. Nose: Elegant and variegated, it reveals notes of apple, pineapple, and banana fused with hints of wildflowers. Palate: Dry and savory, it is balanced on the palate, with a good persistence and smoothness typical of the grape variety, balanced by the minerality conferred by the terroir.

Winemaking

Destemming and crushing followed by cryomaceration for approximately 18 hours at 8°C. After static decantation, the must ferments at 13°C for approximately 20 days. It is then refined in stainless steel tanks.
