Organoleptic characteristics: Color: intense red with great chromatic impact, has purple shades that tend to turn garnet with aging. Nose: it reveals itself delicate with notes of ripe red fruits (black cherry, plum, blackberry). Taste: Dry with a soft, velvety texture. Moderate tannins make it balanced and have a lingering finish.

Winemaking

Cryomaceration for 24 hours at 8°C. Fermentation with maceration on the skins for 12 days at 20°C. After racking, the crushed grapes are separated for 48 hours. 30% of the wine is aged in American oak tonneaux for 5-6 months, the remainder in steel for 5-6 months.
