Vinification: Destalker-crusher of the grapes and vinification in hyper-reduction with cryomaceration to a temperature of 8° C for 12h. Static decantation and fermentation at 15° C for about 20 days. Aging in temperature controlled stainless steel
Organoleptic characteristics: straw yellow color with greenish reflections; rich floral scents and fruity notes of apples: adequate sour note makes the taste with a soft and velvety presence.
