Vinification: destalker-crusher in hyper-reduction and cryomaceration of the grapes at a temperature of 8 °C for 16h. Static decantation and fermentation at 13 °C for about 20 days. Aging in stainless steel for about 6 months.
Organoleptic characteristics: straw yellow color with soft and shiny reflexes; gentle aromas of citrus and
elegant vegetai notes typical of the Mediterranean distinguish its bouquet. Heavy-bodied, it reveals itself full and dry, supported by a fresh acidity that makes it fragrant and persistent.
