Vinification: Destalker-crusher of the grapes and vinification in hyper- reduction with cryomaceration to a temperature of 8° C for 16h Static decantation and fermentation at 12° C for about 20 days. The wine is aged sur lies in barriques.
Organoleptic characteristics: it shows an intense yellow color. Intriguing notes of ripe fruit combined with hints of sweet spices such as vanilla characterize the intense aromatic quality of this wine.
The palate is voluminous, soft, nicely balanced and with a long finish.
